Caboose Menus
Some Gluten-free dishes which regularly appear on our party menus are:-

Pastarocca (Feta cheese,cabbage,thyme,potato cream & pasta)

Pesto, Mozzarella & Roasted Pepper Risotto Cake

There are also lots of salads and vegatarian choices.
In our kitchen we use Pant Mawr Cheeses which are produced at the foot of The Preselis. We serve a selection of their Farmhouse cheeses including goats' milk cheese (Caws y Graig), cows' milk cheese (Caws Cerwyn), along with Smoked Cerwyn.
During the summer months we often have fresh local mackerel available as well...... ..........weather permitting!
The entire Caboose selection of cakes is gluten-free - they are all baked on the premises daily. Try Lemon Drizzle, Amaretto or Chocolate and Walnut Brownie amongst many more. All the cakes and pastries are cooked with butter but if requested I will do 'Dairy Free'. The flour is Doves Farm Plain Flour which contains no wheat.
We use freshly ground coffee in our cappuccinos, lattes and espressos, all of which are also available decaffeinated. We also offer soya milk. Try our luscious Hot Chocolate - the best in Solva! Our speciality teas include Roobos, Earl Grey and a selection of herbal varieties. Try an Elderflower Spritzer, a Ginger Beer or Fruit Juice.
